Student Floristry Competition
For our 2024 competition, floristry students will design and make two pieces, a hand tied bunch and a wearable item (such as a corsage, buttonhole/boutonniere, or a hairpiece).

Walking on the Wildside
Walking on the Wildside is WildFlowers Australia’s popular event that focuses on florists, floral designers and floristry students and shows off the beauty of wildflowers in floral designs. The event includes both a Floral Demonstration open to all and a limited-space Floral Workshop.
WildFlowers Australia Grower Event: Western Australia
WildFlowers Australia is offering a special two-day event in the Perth area targeted at wildflower growers. The event will give insights into various aspects of the wildflower industry in Western Australia at a time of year when wildflowers will be blooming in all their glory.

The Farm Visit: NSW will be held in the Southern Tablelands at the farm of Derek and Sus Bush.

Growing a range of Australian native and South African wildflowers, The Wildflower Bunch is a tribute to resilience and the power of wildflowers. Over 15 years the Giles established a farm that had 7.5 acres under cultivation and sold 1,200 posies per week.
